**Returns and Refunds Policy**

**General Return Conditions**
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order within **30 days** of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

1. The product must include all its original parts and components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when received.
2. Damage due to careless handling or improper use is excluded from returns.
3. Products that are related to personal hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
4. If the product is defective upon arrival, you must notify us immediately.
5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Returns will be processed within **7 working days**, and if all conditions are met, the return will be acknowledged within this period.

**Defective or Broken Products**
If you receive a defective or broken product, please contact us within **14 days** of receipt. For defective or broken products:

- You must provide clear evidence, including a photo of the damage.
- The product must not show signs of misuse or wear unrelated to the defect.
- In cases of immediate product defects upon delivery, we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Please note: **We do not offer free returns**. All shipping charges related to returns must be covered by the customer.

**How to Initiate a Return**
To begin the return process, follow these steps:

2. Include the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo evidence (for damaged or defective items)
- Your first and last name
- Your address

Upon receipt of your email, we will provide the correct return address. **Do not send the item back to the sender's address**; wait for the return instructions to avoid delays or complications. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

**Right of Cancellation**
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within **14 days** of receipt. However, since we use an automated system, once an order is placed, we cannot interrupt the shipping process. You will need to wait until the goods are delivered to initiate a return.

**For orders in transit**: If the product is already on its way from our warehouse in Asia, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until the goods arrive, and then follow our return process.

**Consequences of Withdrawal**
If you choose to withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received, excluding delivery costs, within **14 days** of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

**Please note: All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia, and the cost of shipping will be borne by the customer.**
